Does Yaran Suites have a reception?

No, our apartments are self check-in and self check-out apartments. We send the check-in instructions via email two days before you arrive and the access codes 2 hours before your arrival

What happens if there is an urgent issue?

For urgent issues and after-hours enquiries, we will be available via phone on +61 8 9466 8881 or via LiveChat on this page.

Do you offer long-term accommodation?

Yes, we provide accommodation for a minimum of two months, one week or several months at a time. Pricing varies based on the length of your stay, so contact us for a quote.

Is internet provided?

Yes, we provide unlimited free Wi-Fi in all suites.

How many guests does my suite sleep?

All Rockingham units can have up to 4 guests who can sleep overnight. Hamilton Hill can sleep 8 guests and Rossmoyne can sleep 6.

Do you have a laundry?

Yes, all units are equipped with a washine machine. Some units also include dryers, if not, you will be supplied with a drying rack.

Can I cancel my booking?

Typically cancellation is free for bookings that are cancelled with more than 30 days notice. However, please refer to the cancellation policy on your specific booking.

What is the check-in time and check-out time?

Check-in time is strictly 2PM, check-out time is strictly 10AM.

Can I check-out later?

Unfortunately, we do not offer late check-outs. Our cleaning teams are scheduled to arrive at most properties just after 10AM.

Is parking included?

Yes, typically all of our properties have allocated carbays or garages. Please refer to your check-in guide for the exact details.
