Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which reservations are accepted by Yaran Suites.

Making a reservation automatically accepts all the terms and conditions outlined hereunder. Yaran Property Group Pty Ltd. ABN 481 490 578 76 (Yaran Suites) reserves the right to change and/or modify any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice and such changes will become effective immediately. Please check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. The effective date of these terms and conditions is February 2023.

RESERVATION PERIOD

Yaran Suites won’t ensure or confirm a reservation made more than fifty-six (56) weeks or 358-days preceding landing. Quotes on request may be made before this period may be conceivable; however, no rates and accessibility will be ensured and affirmed. Yaran Suites maintains whatever authority is needed to drop or alter (with sensible notice) any reservations made past this period.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

The below amenities are incorporated into all Yaran suites (varieties may apply in products and brand names):

Linen including pillows, bedding, towels, bath mats

kitchen tea towels, dishwashing fluid and dishwashing tablets

Washing machine and dryer Soaps, shampoo and conditioner

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

Check-in times for your arrival are from 14:00 (2:00PM). Check-out times as promptly at 10:00 (10:00AM) late check-out after this time may bring about an additional night’s charge. In the event the accommodation is fully dedicated at the date of check out late departures or extensions will not be permitted.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY BOND

Please be aware that we require guests to complete a $200 Refundable Security Bond, it is only kept incase of breakage/damage, it will be refunded back to you after check-out provided all is in order with the apartment. The invoice together with the payment link will be sent to the email you provided on the online form that you will need to fill-out and it will be sent to you together with the booking confirmation.

REFUNDABLE PET BOND

Please be aware that we require guests to complete a $200 Refundable Pet Bond on top of the $200 Refundable Security Bond if they do have a pet, and it is only kept incase of breakage/damage made by the pet, it will be refunded back to the guests after check-out, provided all is in order with the apartment.

ONLINE FORM/PAPERLESS CHECK-IN FORM

The primary guest consents to complete the Online Form before check-in. The Online Form contains the Full Name, Email Address, Home Address, Phone Number, Emergency Contact Number and screenshot of 1 Government Issued ID. This is required in order to verify your identity for hotel security purposes. Since we are a self service accommodation, we do not have a reception at the complex and that’s the reason why we require all guests to fill out the Online Form. As per our privacy policy, any personal information contained on the collected identification will not be on-sold; will be securely stored and carefully disposed of at the end of its usefulness.

CANCELLATIONS

Our Standard Booking Cancellation policy for all direct bookings are:

Guests may cancel their booking made directly or through website up to 7 days before the arrival date without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will become non-refundable.

Group reservations: A group reservation is defined as five or more suites booked for one night. Any group reservations made through our website or a third-party website will be subject to review and may be cancelled. If a group reservation is accepted, a group proposal will be provided with distinctive terms and conditions that apply. These terms and conditions will be outlined in the group agreement (if applicable).

Guests may cancel their group booking made directly up to 14 days before arrival date without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will become non-refundable.

Travel agent bookings: This policy also applies to travel agent bookings or operators via their system framework.

PARKING

There is only one carbay allocation per apartment. Parking map is in your check-in guide, please check where your allocated parking spot is located via the map provided. Parking fines up to $500 will be issued for parking in an unallocated car parking bays. If you require any assistance with check in and car parking during the hours of 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week, please call guest services team at 0894668881, outside these hours please contact our Building Caretaker at 0401691673.

CHILD POLICY

Yaran Suites do have a maximum capacity per Suite. Children younger than 12 years old may remain at no extra charge when utilizing the existing bedding within the property.

EMERGENCY SERVICE FEE

The guests registered to our suites consent to pay any Emergency Service Callout Fee charged for false alerts. This incorporates conditions which relate to smoking and cooking within the room where the smoke caution is activated. Visitors are encouraged to utilize the exhaust fans when cooking as provided.

EVICTION OF A GUEST

Yaran Suites may evict a visitor or guests without requiring warning. Visitors who are evicted from our suites will be placed on a blacklist from all Yaran Suites in across all our properties and we may notify the police if we see fit. A visitor is liable to such eviction should the accompanying (yet not restricted to) happen;

inebriation and obnoxious conduct

Congestion when the quantity of people in the suite surpasses the limit

Physical or verbal assault towards representative, residents or other visitors

Willful harm to Yaran Suites property

Any episode for which the police should be called onto the premises

Any conduct representing a safety risk to others

Overlooking counsel to decrease unreasonable noise (music or other commotion)

tossing of objects over the suite balconies or from windows

Smoking inside the suite (a cleaning and aerating fine will likely apply)

INABILITY TO PAY

If a guest neglects to pay immediately upon request any sum owed to Yaran Suites, as per the reservation and bond (including but not restricted to phone charges, suite harm and cleaning expenses), Yaran Suites maintains all authority to deny access to the guest and ask that they clear the premises.

FORCE MAJEURE

Guests and hotel representatives of Yaran Suites are allowed partial impossibility in an agreement, where the performance of the agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, national disaster, strikes, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilities beyond the control of the parties making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to fulfil some or all of the agreement. Any agreements, contracts, quotes and reservations may be terminated without penalty for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

At least five (05) suites held on one night is viewed as a group reservation. Any group reservations made by means of any type of online distribution, (for example, our site or a third-party website) might be cancelled and a group proposal will be provided. Distinctive terms and conditions apply for group reservations as stated in the group proposal and/ or agreement (if applicable). This policy applies to any travel agent bookings or operators via their system framework.

GUEST COURTESY

For the comfort of every one of our visitors, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum so everybody can appreciate an enjoyable stay. We ask for that any non-registered guests leave all suites by 23:00 (11pm) each night. Likewise, please extend this courtesy to our neighbors when entering and leaving the building or parking bays.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

We do our best to guarantee your reservation is to a satisfactory level, however Yaran Suites does not acknowledge any obligation at all for any damage harm, misfortune, delay, extra costs or burden caused specifically or by indirectly or by any event which are outside our ability to control including, yet not restricted to, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of some other authorities, accident or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.

Yaran Suites adheres to the below maximum suite capacities at all times:

MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY

A base length of stay may apply during high demand or occasion periods, as determined by Yaran Suites. In the event that you save a suite over such dates (according to the reservation terms and conditions) you consent to remain for the required least evenings. Any changes or cancellations (inside the cancellation time frame) are subject to a penalty and may result in forfeiting of any pre-payments and/ or deposits.

PAYMENT

Payment for the entire stay addition to any incidentals is required at time of check-in. For peak periods and unique occasions, different payment policies require pre-installment may apply. The installment arrangement will be affirmed at time of reservation. On the off chance that the installment approach isn’t clung to the reservation might be crossed out.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND DESCRIPTIONS

Whilst care is taken to ensure that the photos and description of our facilities and services is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion removed from service. If any feature or facility is essential to you in choosing a particular property, we highly recommend speaking to one of our reservation specialists, whom will assist your decision-making process and if that feature or facility will be available during your stay. Descriptions are based on information available at the time of publishing and may vary or change at any time. Maps and location photographs are shown for general information only and highlight places in surrounding areas. Actual suites occupied may vary in decor and inclusions from those shown in photographs.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION

Valid photo identification (ID) matching the name of the main guest within the reservation must be presented at time of check-in/arrival. This is required in order to verify your identity for hotel security purposes and to protect the credit cardholder. A valid Australian drivers license, Australian issued proof of age card or an international passport are all acceptable forms of photo identification. This ID may be copied and securely stored as record that we have verified who you are and your authority to use your credit card as a combat to increasing credit card fraud. As per our privacy policy, any personal information contained on the collected identification will not be on-sold; will be securely stored and carefully disposed of at the end of its usefulness.

RATES

All rates are quoted in AU$ (Australian dollars) and are per suite per night and include 10% goods and services tax (GST). Rates within reservations that have a valid confirmation by Yaran Suites will be honored. Rates that have been quoted are not confirmed until a valid confirmation email has been received from Yaran Suites and therefore subject to change Yaran Suites reserved the right to amend rates that have been confirmed at incorrect rates due to human or distribution errors.

RIGHT OF ENTRY

In the event that the Yaran Suites has a legitimate cause for concern or if the guest has not been seen nor been able to be contacted over a period of time, the suite may be entered by a hotel representative to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests is in order.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY

Yaran Suites reserves the right to refuse a guest entry to the hotel or accommodation for any reason whatsoever including where the guest has engaged in conduct on a previous occasion adverse to the hotel.

RUBBISH REMOVAL

A rubbish bin is provided in each room for rubbish (trash) from the suite. All guests are responsible for the removal of their own rubbish (trash) on a daily basis. Bags are provided in each suite for this purpose and additional bags are available upon request to housekeeping. A $300 fine will be applied for ILLEGAL RUBBISH DISPOSAL

SECURITY AND LOSS PREVENTION 

All Yaran Suites buildings are secure environments and we do everything possible to ensure security levels are maintained, and we ask that our guests do also. However, Yaran Suites takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises.

SMOKING POLICY 

All Yaran Suites are non-smoking and smoking in the internal suite is not permitted. a $500 fine will apply to guests who do not adhere to this policy. Some suites have outdoor balcony areas with ashtrays where smoking is permitted.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We highly recommend all our guests to have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Travel insurance can be arranged by many travel agents.

UNACCOMPANIED MINOR/S

A child who is staying without the accompaniment of a parent, guardian or adult over the age of eighteen (18-years) is considered as an unaccompanied minor. An unaccompanied minor/s may be permitted to stay at Yaran Suites if they can satisfy the normal payment and identification requirements. Yaran Suites strongly advises against minors staying alone without adult supervision for safety reasons, as our suites may have gas cooking facilities, sharp knives, internal stairs and bathtub which could be hazardous to minors staying alone Yaran Suites cannot accept any responsibility for injury caused by an unsupervised minor staying in our suites, nor can we provide the service of supervising and caring for a minor during their stay.

SILENT BOOKINGS

lso referred to as incognito bookings are unable to be accepted. Valid photo identification is required upon arrival and our hotel system must be able to reference correctly all guests within our hotels. Guest information is kept secure for post stay auditing purposes and may be provided upon legal demand from the authorities. If you wish to stay under a false name or require your details to be erased from our system after your stay, we regret that this request cannot actioned and understand that you may choose alternate accommodation where your request can be meet.
